1. General Policy
Due to the specialized nature of research peptides and compounds, all sales are final. RetaResearch does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges except in the specific circumstances outlined below.
2. Damaged or Defective Products
We will replace or refund products that arrive:
- Physically damaged during shipping.
- With broken seals or compromised packaging.
- Materially different from what was ordered.
Requirements:
- Report damage within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide photographic evidence of damage.
- Retain original packaging.
- Obtain Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before returning.
3. Shipping Errors
If we ship the wrong product or quantity, we will:
- Ship the correct product at no additional charge, or
- Issue a full refund.
Requirements:
- Report errors within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide order number and photographic evidence.
- Return incorrect items if requested.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
We cannot offer refunds for:
- Change of mind or buyer’s remorse.
- Improper storage or handling after delivery.
- Products used, opened, or tampered with.
- Orders delayed by customs or carriers.
- Unsuccessful research results.
- Products purchased from unauthorized resellers.
5. Lost or Stolen Packages
- We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
- We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for high value orders.
- Claims for lost packages must be filed with the shipping carrier.
6. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled before shipment for a full refund.
- Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

7. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 business days to the original payment method.
8. International Orders
- International customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and fees.
- These charges are non refundable.
- We cannot refund orders refused or returned by customs.
