  • Expedited Shipping: 2 to 3 business days.
  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day.

International:

  • Standard International: 7 to 21 business days.
  • Expedited International: 3 to 7 business days.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.
  • Free shipping may be available for orders over a specified amount.
  • Cold chain shipping may incur additional fees.

5. Package Handling

  • Temperature sensitive products are shipped with appropriate cold packs or dry ice.
  • Packages are discreetly labeled with no product information visible.

7. Delivery Issues

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs.
  • Risk of loss transfers upon delivery to the carrier.

8. International Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees.
  • Products must comply with destination country regulations.
  • We are not responsible for packages seized by customs.
  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

9. Address Accuracy

  • Ensure the shipping address is complete and accurate.
  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

10. Refused or Undeliverable Packages

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs on refused deliveries.
  • Packages returned as undeliverable will not be automatically reshipped.
